Recognize the Willpower Cycle

Willpower is a finite resource that diminishes throughout the day. Research shows that our willpower is typically at its highest in the morning and gradually depletes as the day progresses. By acknowledging this natural cycle, you can make intentional decisions about how to structure your day.

Prioritize Important Tasks

Take advantage of your peak willpower by scheduling your most important and challenging tasks during the times when your energy and focus are at their peak. This might mean starting your day with strategic planning, creative work, or tackling complex projects that require concentration and decision-making.
