When seeking criticism, the messenger absolutely matters.

I won’t be listening to people that I wouldn’t want to trade places with.
Their opinions may not align with my vision.

Instead, I focus on those who have walked the path before me, learning from their valuable insights and experiences.

I won’t take product delivery feedback from those that have never been a client or customer.

For those that are or have been clients or customers, their perspective is gold because they’ve experienced what we offer firsthand.

Make sure you’re listening to the voice of the right audience.

Sure, receive their praises- that’s also great feedback.

But even more powerfully… seek their criticisms.

Ask for it.

Learn from it.

Transform by it.
